Partner Operations Analyst
 

Location: Boston, MA- Hybrid

At PTC, our Partner Network is key to delivering innovative technology and solutions. As a Partner Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving partner growth through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead operational reporting and analysis across forecasting, pipeline, and quarter-close activities
• Deliver insights on partner performance and business initiatives to support strategic decisions
• Monitor key metrics and partner health to ensure alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to support sales execution and partner enablement
• Manage cross-functional projects and respond to ad-hoc business needs
• Build and maintain strong business acumen in partner and channel operations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in sales or revenue operations; channel/SaaS experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Experience working with senior leadership is preferred
