You will be part of a rockstar team handling our work in the field, and an engaged partner ecosystem performing Toast implementations across both our domestic and international markets. Collaboration is huge! You must be able to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships, with strong communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.

This position will report and analyze workforce deployments for Logistics, performance management KPIs for Partner Management, and managing ad-hoc reporting for all of Onboarding Ops. It supports both the US and international operations, providing insights that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the board and bridges data analysis with operational decision-making.

Ideal candidates have a history of delivering results, taking ownership, and strong business judgment, with skills in problem solving, recommendation delivery and attention to detail.

About this roll*

  • Define and build dashboards and metrics that track business performance
  • Use SQL and BI tools to automate reporting and generate insights that will allow our teams to quickly and accurately see how our business is performing
  • Assist in any ad-hoc analyses and deep dives into strategic issues to improve the collective understanding of risks and opportunities related to our partner ecosystem, or alongside our Technical Onboarding team with some of our largest customers. 
  • Proactively and reactively develop and address business questions through investigation/data forensics
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting and deep dive analyses across various operational aspects of the business.
  • Support strategic initiatives through data analysis, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key operational metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership. Interactions with our Business Intelligence team.

Do you have the right ingredients*? 

  • Analyze variances between actuals and forecast and use insights to iterate on forecasts and build/discuss potential action plans with cross-functional teams.
  • 2+ years of strategic finance, investment banking, business intelligence and/or data analytics experience 
  • Proficient in SQL or experience with BI tools
  • Background building interactive dashboards in a tool such as Hex, Looker, Tableau, Domo, SiSense, etc
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Ability to build robust financial models used by teams throughout the company to size opportunities and build business cases for pursuing new initiatives
  • Experience with data visualization
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills amongst a range of audiences
  • Positive attitude, high attention to detail, collaborative, and comfort in working in a matrix organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment
  • Effective project management skills; highly organized, independent, and self-motivated
