We're YC-backed and well funded with several years of runway, and we’ve experienced rapid growth in the past year. We're in a phenomenal position to scale—with the financial foundation, product-market fit, and momentum to go big. You’ll be joining at an inflection point—where the groundwork is laid and the path to massive impact is clear.
About the RoleTopline Pro is seeking a systems-driven, execution-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our BuildOps team—our internal engine focused on automation, efficiency, and scale. This role blends product thinking with operational execution, placing you at the center of identifying inefficiencies, designing high-leverage solutions, and building the systems that empower our Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Service Operations teams.
You’ll act as both a builder and internal product owner—responsible for scoping, architecting, and delivering internal tools and process improvements that remove friction and drive measurable outcomes. Your work will directly influence how our customer-facing teams operate and scale, and your systems will become the foundation for how we grow.
If you love diagnosing messy problems, thinking in systems, and crafting high-quality solutions that drive impact—you’re in the right place.
What You’ll DoDesign and Build Internal ToolsDevelop workflows and lightweight applications using tools like Retool, Zapier, and APIs to eliminate manual work, improve team velocity, and unlock scale.
Scope problems in partnership with cross-functional leaders; synthesize operational gaps into technical solutions and own end-to-end implementation.
Integrate tooling across core systems (CRM, support tools, databases) and proactively identify areas for workflow automation.
Operate like a product manager: gather requirements, prioritize impact, run quick tests, and ship clean, usable internal tools.
Translate operational ambiguity into structured, actionable roadmaps.
Create documentation and feedback loops to drive continuous adoption and improvement.
Build operational dashboards, data models, and alerts that improve visibility and enable quick decision-making.
Monitor performance of tools and systems to identify bottlenecks, drive iteration, and showcase value.
Work closely with Sales, CX, and Engineering to build scalable systems aligned with real-world team needs.
Use clear, concise verbal and written communication to break down complex problems and rally stakeholders around elegant, actionable solutions.
Minimum 3 years in a technical, analytical, or systems-focused role across Operations, Product, Data, or Engineering in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startup or high-growth tech company).
Proven track record of designing and delivering tools and systems that reduce manual work and scale operational effectiveness.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify inefficiencies, and generate actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
Proficiency in technical and automation tools, including SQL or Python, and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Retool, Airtable, Notion, Loveable, Replit) to build workflows, automate processes, and support cross-functional teams.
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase, Tableau) to create dashboards and reports that inform decision-making across the organization.
Strong project management and prioritization skills, with a track record of independently driving initiatives from concept to execution.
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with experience partnering across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, experimenting with tools and processes, and adapting quickly to evolving business needs.
Experience in data-forward or product-led tech environments, ideally within Series A–C startups.
Interest in AI tooling and its application in business operations; comfortable exploring technical tools in and outside of work.
At Topline Pro, we’re not just hiring for skills — we’re hiring people who embody our core values in how they work, collaborate, and build. Here’s what that looks like in this role:
No Bullsh*t: You value clarity, directness, and real impact. You speak plainly, cut through complexity, and focus on what matters. You don’t posture — you solve. Your work and communication are honest, transparent, and rooted in what’s best for the team and our customers.
Think Big, Learn Fast: You’re energized by ambitious goals and unafraid to tackle messy, ambiguous problems. You take an iterative approach — testing, learning, and improving quickly. You value momentum over perfection and believe that learning happens fastest through building and doing.
One Team, One Dream: You win by working together. You collaborate with empathy, celebrate shared wins, and show up for your teammates — especially when things get hard. You believe trust, respect, and shared ownership are the foundation of great teams.
Empower Every Voice: You seek input from others and value different perspectives — especially when building systems that serve multiple teams. You communicate clearly, listen actively, and make it easy for others to contribute. You care about outcomes that serve everyone, not just your lane.
Be an Owner: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. You act in the company’s best interest — driving meaningful results, moving with urgency, and treating every dollar and decision like it’s your own. You don’t wait for permission; you see problems and take action.
BOOM!: You take pride in doing great work and lift others up when they do the same. You believe celebration fuels momentum. Whether it’s a major launch or a quiet win, you’re someone who recognizes and amplifies great work across the team.
