So What’s The Role?

As Kin continues to grow a new and exciting Agency division, we are looking to add a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist to continue to scale our Independent brokerage division.

As a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll be leading all of EIG's marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing our diverse marketing channels, automating campaigns, and providing the critical data-driven insights that fuel our decisions. You'll be working on high-impact projects that directly affect EIG's profitable growth and our ability to deliver essential insurance solutions to our customers.

This position will partner closely with the Revenue Operations, Sales, and Corporate Marketing departments to deliver on key responsibilities.


What You'll Do

  • Oversee and optimize core marketing channels, including cross-sell initiatives, paid campaigns, and quote landing pages, ensuring a seamless customer journey. This includes owning our internally built marketing funnel tool and Customer.io instance.

  • Streamline and automate email, content, and D2C campaigns by developing efficient campaign execution processes in partnership with Kin Compliance and Legal to ensure all external communications are approved.

  • Write compelling marketing content and build impactful email campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

  • Track key marketing and sales metrics to drive decisions and continuously optimize results.

What You Bring
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in marketing operations.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly and concisely. Comfortable with data visualization and advanced Excel functions.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.

  • Hands-on experience with email campaigns, paid advertising or lead aggregation, and customer lifecycle management.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience from an insurance carrier/broker.

  • Familiarity with paid media buying or lead aggregator relationships.

  • Familiarity with web and content platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace or other CMS tools.

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Customer.io.

  • Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and optimize campaign performance.

  • Previous exposure using EZLynx or a similar Agency Management System (AMS)
