The Role

RevolutionParts is looking for a data-driven Marketing Automation & Campaign Specialist to join our fast-moving marketing team at RevolutionParts. In this role, you’ll lead the execution of marketing automation workflows and paid digital campaigns to drive leads, nurture prospects, and support pipeline growth.

You’ll be hands-on in tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Ads, and will be our go-to expert for ensuring our marketing technology and campaigns run like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Automation (50%)
  • Build and optimize multi-step automated nurture programs using Marketo.
  • Own lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and campaign triggers.
  • Create and maintain weekly and monthly reporting dashboards to analyze campaign performance (e.g., email engagement, MQL velocity, conversion rates).
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign performance, engagement, and funnel throughput.
  • Paid Campaign Execution & Reporting (35%)
  • Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, and retargeting platforms.
  • Track performance KPIs like CTR, CPL, and ROAS, and optimize budgets accordingly.
  • Build dashboards in tools like GA4, Salesforce, or Looker to visualize performance.
  • Project & Stakeholder Coordination (15%)
  • Manage campaign timelines and assets in Asana, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with designers, content, and sales ops teams to launch effective campaigns.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is heavily preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot).
  • Strong grasp of paid digital media execution and reporting.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and campaign data flows.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and marketing metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, project coordination, and process ownership.
  • Bonus: Marketo certification, experience with HTML tokens, familiarity with attribution modeling.
