Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and oversee co-marketing campaigns with partners from start to finish.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on messaging, timelines, and objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, analyzing outcomes to inform future strategies.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain marketing calendars to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Operations

  • Workflow Oversight: Manage day-to-day workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across teams.
  • Process Development: Build and document clear processes for campaign execution and reporting.
  • Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain operational dashboards to track performance against objectives.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance and consistency across all marketing and operational activities.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles; fintech, crypto, or Web3 experience preferred.
