We're hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build the attribution and tracking foundation that gives us a true, trusted picture of marketing's influence across the customer journey, and to lead the shift from manual campaign and event work into automation. I'm Karla Anderson, EVP, Marketing at Teamworks.
Marketing operations at Teamworks has lived in different places over the past few years, and it's time for it to have one clear owner inside marketing again. With 25 products across multiple markets, connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue is genuinely complex, and getting it right takes someone who understands both the mechanics of marketing operations and the nuance of enterprise B2B attribution. This role will map our journey end to end, from campaigns and events to website engagement and in-app messaging, and build the tracking infrastructure that lets us trust the numbers behind the funnel.
This is also a chance to help shape what an AI native marketing function looks like at Teamworks. We want a team that builds automation and agents into how we work, not as a side experiment, but as core infrastructure that scales campaign execution, list building, and reporting across demand gen and product marketing. You'll have real ownership here and the freedom to build this function largely from scratch.
The RoleMap end-to-end marketing attribution and build the tracking that shows how demand gen and product marketing campaigns influence pipeline and revenue
Own the systems and setup behind every campaign, event, and in-app message, including list building and lifecycle triggers, so tracking works correctly from day one
Lead the shift from manual campaign and project work into automated workflows, freeing our team to focus on strategy instead of setup
Partner with Tech Ops and RevOps to keep marketing data clean and aligned across the stack, without duplicating work already happening elsewhere
Build our AI native marketing function, designing and shipping the automations and agents that scale work across demand gen and product marketing
4-5 years running marketing operations in a complex, enterprise B2B environment, not a startup or single-product business, because Teamworks' multi-product, multi-market structure makes attribution genuinely harder to map
A track record of building marketing attribution and campaign tracking from scratch, not just maintaining systems someone else designed
Direct experience shifting marketing work from manual to automated, including AI-built automations or agents, not just using AI tools day to day
Working knowledge of the marketing tech stack, including how campaign, CRM, and in-app messaging systems connect and where data breaks down
Comfort operating as a team of one, owning strategy and execution without a team to delegate to, at least initially
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or customer.io or an equivalent in-app messaging platform
Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics and how to tie web behavior into the broader attribution picture
Background in sports, media, or another complex vertical
This function doesn't exist yet in its current form, which means you get to define it. You'll set the standard for how marketing operations runs at Teamworks, build the attribution model the business will use to judge marketing's contribution to revenue, and help lead the shift into an AI native way of working, all while operating across a genuinely complex, global, multi-product business.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship at this time.
