The Senior Marketing Manager for ASO Growth will drive and scale demand gen through Health Plan channel partnerships. This role blends strategy with execution to develop and deliver programs that create strong engagement from health plan sales teams and translate into measurable demand for Virta’s solutions.

The Senior Marketing Manager for ASO Growth will work closely with the channel partnerships team to deploy campaigns and “air cover” that accelerates awareness, credibility, and partner-driven demand. Their work will play a critical role in helping Virta grow faster in the competitive weight loss and diabetes landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Strengthen partner relationships: Build and maintain a high-impact cadence of engagement opportunities with health plan partners to deepen relationships, increase knowledge of Virta, and drive alignment around shared growth goals.

  • Cultivate partner advocacy: Identify and prioritize top-performing partners, turning them into enthusiastic advocates who champion Virta’s solutions across their organizations and networks.

  • Lead air cover campaigns: Design and execute monthly “air cover” marketing programs that elevate Virta’s visibility, reinforce brand credibility, and keep health plan teams consistently engaged.

  • Partner on joint demand generation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partner teams to co-create and deploy integrated campaigns that translate awareness into qualified demand and pipeline growth.

  • Enable partner success: Develop and deliver compelling partner enablement resources, tools, and messaging that empowers sales teams to position and sell Virta effectively.

90 Day Plan

Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:

  • Become an expert on Virta’s business model, health plan book of business and partnership ecosystem

  • Collaborate on strategic plan with cross functional teams - ASO Growth Team, Sales, Demand Gen and Product Marketing

  • Meet and establish regular touchpoints with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Build 6 month ASO Marketing Plan that defines priorities, audiences, content themes and campaign structure

  • Learn MarTech stack and being leading air cover campaigns and scheduling quarterly events

Must-Haves
  • 7-10+ years experience in demand gen marketing

  • Experience in sales enablement and channel partnership marketing

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry

  • Excel at creating engaging campaigns that drive action

  • A bias towards action and a love for following the data to measure impact

  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with sales, channel partners and other internal teams to drive projects forward

  • A passion for improving the health of millions of people with the ability to thrive in a mature startup environment

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts preferred

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. As part of your duties at Virta, you may come in contact with sensitive patient information that is governed by HIPAA. Throughout your career at Virta, you will be expected to follow Virta's security and privacy procedures to ensure our patients' information remains strictly confidential. Security and privacy training will be provided.

As a remote-first company, our team is spread across various locations with office hubs in Denver and San Francisco.
