[Summary]
- Manage Samsung's brand persona and voice on organic social channels including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Lead always-on social strategy that celebrates authentic stories and showcases how Galaxy devices help people effortlessly be themselves
- Execute real-time content capture at Samsung activations and culturally relevant moments (Boots on the Ground)
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Creative Services, Partnerships, and Influencer teams
- Use social performance metrics and creative analytics to inform content strategy and optimization
[Duties and Responsibilities]
- Build and execute always-on social content strategy that aligns with Samsung brand guidelines across organic channels
- Create and produce social content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
- Capture behind-the-scenes and real-time content at Samsung events, occasionally on weekends
- Collaborate with Creative Services, Partnerships, and Influencer teams to develop platform-specific assets
- Monitor social trends and translate cultural moments into relevant, timely content
- Analyze performance data using creative analytics tools to optimize content strategy
- Manage multiple content priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
- Use social management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) and Adobe Creative Suite to produce and schedule content
[Skills & Qualifications]
- Proven track record managing brand social media on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Deep understanding of platform-specific creative formats and audience behavior
- Experience with social management and creative tools including Sprinklr and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of social performance metrics and data-driven content optimization
