We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, you’ll receive 22 days paid time off, plus 11 company paid holidays. Also, medical, dental & vision insurance, 5% 401(k) company match, plus a range of other benefits that you can choose from.

The Opportunity

This isn't a role for someone who manages from a distance.

Access Hospitality is one of the most ambitious technology businesses in global hospitality — a category-defining platform with agentic AI at the core, spanning reservations, property management, loyalty, CRM, procurement, payments, workforce management and guest intelligence. In North America, we're at an inflection point. The Paytronix acquisition gave us a serious foothold. Now we're going further.

We're looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to lead the North American marketing motion — someone who is genuinely excited about building, not maintaining. You'll be the person who looks at the depth of capability Access has built in the UK and Europe and sees a commercial opportunity, not a complexity problem. You'll be the one who asks, "what can we do with AI today that we couldn't do six months ago?" and then actually does it.

If you're looking for a large team, a roster of agencies to delegate to, and a quiet life managing budgets — this isn't your role. If you want to define what modern B2B hospitality marketing looks like in the US and do it in a way that makes the industry sit up and take notice, read on.

What You'll Do

Own the North American marketing strategy — from brand awareness through to pipeline generation and customer expansion. You'll set the direction, building what works in North America, at times from scratch, at other times making full use of messaging and assets that are moving the needle in other markets. There’s no ego, you’re solving for what works.

Drive the Access Hospitality story in the US market — Paytronix is the starting point, not the ceiling. You'll work closely with the UK leadership team to understand the full breadth of the Access portfolio and bring those capabilities to North American hospitality operators in a way that's compelling, credible, and commercially focused.

Build an AI-first marketing engine — not as a talking point, but as an operating principle. You'll lead by example, leveraging AI tools across content, campaign execution, insights, and personalization to do more with less and move faster than the competition. You'll also be a confident, articulate advocate for Access's AI story in the market.

Partner with Sales on pipeline — ABM, demand generation, and a GTM approach that's tightly integrated with the commercial team. You understand that marketing's job is to create and accelerate revenue, and you measure yourself accordingly.

Lead and develop a lean, high-performing team — you'll manage and grow a focused North American marketing function. You'll coach and develop your direct reports while being willing to roll your sleeves up alongside them.

Influence the global marketing agenda — as a senior leader you'll have a voice in the broader Access Hospitality marketing direction, contributing your market knowledge and commercial instincts to shape strategy beyond North America.

Sit at the North American Leadership table —you'll partner with the full leadership team to realize cross-functional opportunities and be a credible spokesperson on marketing-related topics to external audiences.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Currently operating at Director level in a B2B SaaS or technology business — you've already demonstrated you can set strategy, not just execute it

  • Track record of building demand in a complex, multi-product or multi-brand environment

  • Hands-on experience across the full marketing mix: content, digital, events, ABM, product marketing

  • Experience in hospitality technology, F&B, or adjacent verticals is a strong advantage.

AI & Marketing Technology

  • You use AI tools habitually and creatively — in your own workflow and in how you run campaigns

  • Comfortable with modern martech stacks (CRM, MAP, intent data, analytics) and capable of operating them intelligently rather than just overseeing them

  • You can speak authentically about AI's role in hospitality and what it means for operators

Leadership & Style

  • A builder's mentality — you're energized by creating things that don't exist yet

  • High output, low ego — you don't need a big team to feel successful; you need impact

  • Strong commercial instincts — you understand P&L, deal economics, and how marketing connects to revenue

  • Exceptional communicator — credible with C-suite stakeholders internally and externally

  • Curious about the international picture — you want to understand what Access is doing globally and bring the best of it to the US

Why This Role, Why Now

Access Hospitality is preparing for its next chapter. The business has scale, product depth, and genuine technological ambition — including a meaningful AI story that the market hasn't fully heard yet. North America is strategically critical to that journey.

The person who takes this role will have the chance to define what Access means in the US market, build a marketing function that becomes a model for how the business operates globally, and grow alongside a business that is moving fast in the right direction.

Compensation: $185k-$200k base + 20% bonus
