As a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns for Lonza Bioscience Solutions. Working in a dynamic international environment, you will be responsible for crafting content strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and driving campaign performance across digital and traditional channels. By collaborating closely with product managers, sales, and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to achieving marketing goals and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cohesive content strategies and assets to support Lonza’s overall marketing and branding initiatives.

  • Lead the creation and execution of annual tactical marketing plans, working closely with Product Managers and stakeholders.

  • Drive digital-first campaigns, leveraging digital channels to engage target audiences and achieve objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.

  • Oversee the execution of campaigns within budget and timelines, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling content, including messaging, copy, and visuals, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.

  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.

  • Manage the coordination of internal and external teams, including designers and partners, to ensure marketing materials adhere to corporate guidelines and are delivered on time.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and various levels of the organization.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and translate them into compelling visual and textual content.

  • High integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction, delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including knowledge of best practices, KPIs, and target audience behavior across marketing channels and stages of the funnel.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated with experience in agile marketing practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

  • Possess a BS degree (minimum), with a background in marketing, business, or life sciences.

The full-time base annual salary for this remote position is expected to range is between $77,400.00 and $90,300.00. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge. Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including performance-related bonus, medical and dental coverage, 401k plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time off (PTO), and more.
