Responsibilities

  • Helps and learns to translate business strategies and market insights into results-focused marketing programs by proactively proposing ideas, concepts and programs that contribute to growth objectives and generate a quantifiable ROI.
  • Secures, coordinates and aligns marketing functional resources in support of industries' growth objectives.
  • Collaborates with the marketing functional teams to meet content, creative, demand generation, public relations, research and market intelligence needs that support marketing plans.
  • Drives campaign execution, focused on generating positive ROI, achieving intended results and continuously optimizing for best performance.
  • Collaborates with marketing teams to monitor and assess results to establish actionable learnings that impact the success and effectiveness of future campaigns.
  • Requires minimal instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments; applies a proactive approach to establish work priorities and timelines.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a comparable role
  • Must possess initiative, resourcefulness, be accurate, persistent and dependable.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintains professionalism and a "can-do-attitude" in the execution of all project-related assignments and tasks.
  • Shares lessons learned and best practices with internal clients and the greater marketing organization.
  • Is an excellent communicator and proactively supports and aligns internal resources toward execution.

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $72,000 to $109,000 with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
