About the Role

Crunchyroll is scaling globally, and our recruiting engine needs to scale with it. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to drive operational rigor, insights, and efficiency across our global recruiting function.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, process design, and recruiter enablement. You’ll build the reporting infrastructure, operational rhythms, and coordination frameworks that help our global recruiting team operate with consistency, speed, and impact.

As a leader, you’ll shape how we plan, measure, and execute hiring across the globe–setting the vision for operational excellence, developing team members within the team, and influencing cross-functional partners to align around our hiring goals.

You will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our global Talent Acquisition function across coordination, reporting, and enablement
  • Set the vision and build the roadmap for operational excellence, defining how we measure success, scale processes, and drive recruiter productivity
  • Develop and lead a high-performing TA Ops function, driving clarity, accountability, and impact across recruiting operations
  • Design and maintain global recruiting dashboards, scorecards, and reporting suites that provide real-time visibility into funnel health, recruiter productivity, and hiring plan progress
  • Partner closely with People Tech, Finance, and People teams to build capacity models, hiring forecasts, headcount pacing, and systems improvements that strengthen our operational foundation
  • Drive and evolve our recruiting business reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs), providing executives and recruiting leadership with data-driven insights, trends, and risk assessments
  • Oversee the strategy and performance of our global Recruiting Coordination team, ensuring seamless candidate experience and operational consistency across regions
  • Own and evolve our employee referral program operations, driving engagement, visibility, and accuracy
  • Create scalable process documentation, recruiter toolkits, and operational playbooks to drive consistency, clarity, and readiness across our global team

In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition and be part of our Recruiting leadership team.

About You

  • You bring 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or strategic recruiting operations roles within high-growth tech or entertainment companies
  • You have 3+ years of experience leading teams and developing leaders, with a track record of elevating performance and scaling functions globally
  • You are a strategic operator who can build and execute a long-term roadmap while managing complex day-to-day operations
  • You have deep experience building and maintaining recruiting dashboards and reports using tools like Greenhouse, Gem, Tableau or similar
  • You are a strong cross-functional partner, able to influence executives and translate data into clarity and decisions
  • You bring expertise in recruiting workflows, data structures, and systems, collaborating effectively with People Tech teams to drive enhancements
  • You have experience leading or closely partnering with global coordination teams and are passionate about candidate experience at scale
  • You are highly organized, process-minded, and thrive in fast-changing environments while keeping teams aligned and focused
  • You are a clear, confident communicator who simplifies complexity and inspires trust across all levels of the organization
  • You are known for building strong teams and uplifting those around you—whether coaching an early-career coordinator or advising senior leaders

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
