Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives across all categories. This role will be instrumental in shaping category strategies, strengthening supplier relationships, and delivering measurable business value. The ideal candidate brings deep procurement expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and a data-driven mindset to drive performance and compliance.
What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement annual category strategies focused on cost savings, risk reduction, and value creation.
• Lead the Procurement team, ensuring alignment with executive leadership and driving procurement strategies that support company-wide business objectives.
• Manage supplier quality and performance, including usage tracking and license management to ensure optimal vendor partnerships.
• Lead high-stakes contract negotiations with large suppliers, securing terms that support the company's financial and operational goals.
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing processes (RFx, contract management, and budget tracking) with clear transparency and control.
• Conduct detailed spend analysis to uncover risks, trends, and opportunities across categories and regions.
• Establish and maintain a preferred supplier list and ensure company-wide compliance.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic leadership within the procurement team, setting clear KPIs and coaching team members toward high performance.

About You:

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven track record in leading strategic sourcing initiatives and complex vendor negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market benchmarking.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments.
• Experience managing procurement controls, budgets, and supplier governance.
• Skilled in driving accountability and performance through measurable metric.
• Workday experience preferred but not mandatory
• This role is located in Austin, Texas.
