With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence, our Business Operations team plays a critical role in driving efficiency, enabling data-driven decisions, and scaling company-wide impact. We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Business Operations Intern to join our team and contribute to high-priority projects across departments. As a Business Operations Intern, you will work on initiatives that directly influence the performance and growth of the company. You'll collaborate across functions-such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product-to support strategic planning, reporting, and process improvement efforts.

- Assist in analyzing business performance metrics, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional projects, such as process optimization, forecasting, or systems integration.
- Help build dashboards, reports, and models in Excel/Google Sheets or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and operational planning discussions.
- Present findings and recommendations to team leads and leadership.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing aBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Clear and confident communicator-able to summarize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and excited to solve real business problems.
- Passionate about technology, strategy, and operational excellence.
