  • Bring structured problem-solving approaches to complex priorities, creating decision trees and actionable recommendations.
  • Design and operationalize BI&O’s TA engagement model, fostering cross-functional partnerships and accelerating execution.
  • Build and maintain a tight operating rhythm for leadership priorities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Support BI&O’s AI enablement agenda, coordinating pilots and driving stakeholder adoption.
  • Drive cross-functional launch readiness workstreams, tracking key milestones and dependencies.
  • Produce executive-ready materials that communicate clearly and drive decision-making.

Who You Are:

You are a strategic thinker with a knack for execution, thriving in environments that require both analytical rigor and excellent communication. You excel in building relationships across teams and enjoy the challenge of turning strategic priorities into operational realities. Your high ownership mindset and strong judgment allow you to navigate ambiguity with ease, and you possess the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise recommendations. You are passionate about driving transformation and are ready to make a significant impact within a dynamic and evolving organization.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management in matrixed environments, with a preference for top-tier consulting experience.
  • Strong program/project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, including writing and synthesis.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain structured operating rhythms.
  • Comfort with data analytics and KPI framing, without needing deep technical expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA highly preferred.
  • Hybrid work expectation: Cambridge, MA – in-office approximately 3 days/week.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in AI enablement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with launch readiness processes in a commercial setting.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
