Job Description

The Senior Manager of SK-II Talkability will lead will be responsible for driving brand talkability and equity for SK-II, focusing on strategic content creation, customer marketing, and data-driven insights to enhance the brand's direct-to-consumer presence and overall business growth.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the social media influencer strategy for the brand, designed to drive break-through influencer partnerships and experiential executions and drive brand popularity.

  • Liaise closely with the rest of the brand organization to sync the brand strategy across media properties.

  • Lead the end-to-end influencer ecosystem: Conduct research to identify relevant influencers within the brand’s niche or industry.

  • Collaborate with influencers to develop creative concepts and content ideas.

  • Outreach to influencers and negotiate partnership terms, including compensation and deliverables.

  • Manage execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

  • Monitor influencer-generated content for brand alignment and compliance with guidelines.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social talkability campaigns.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights into stakeholders on performance.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers and best practices in influencer and social marketing.

  • Engage traditional and digital media leaders to drive brand exposure and organic coverage.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant degree

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends and content creation.

  • Strategic leader who can dovetail between big picture and execution details as needed.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and authentic influencer campaigns.

  • Excellent negotiation with relationship and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with influencers and internal teams.

  • Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer partnerships.

  • Multilingual proficiency for effective communication in a diverse market.

  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.

  • Extensive experience in Content Creation across various formats and platforms, with a track record of driving engagement.

  • Exceptional Cross-Functional Team Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
