Dataminr is seeking a Salesforce professional with over 5 years of experience working with Salesforce and supporting a high growth go-to-market organization. As the Senior Manager, Salesforce Administration, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce platform with a strong emphasis on platform security, compliance and scalability. In this role, you will be expected to bring both hands-on Salesforce expertise and leadership experience, ensuring the platform is optimized to support business goals while maintaining the highest standards of data security and access governance. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt to changing business needs.

The opportunity

  • Lead Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.), overseeing user management, object/field creation, validation rules, and workflow automation.

  • Manage associated data sets according to governance best practices and monitor system performance for optimization.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce security, including user authentication (SSO, MFA, OAuth), role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, field/record-level access, audit trails, and event monitoring.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to provide end-user support and implement enhancements.

  • Manage and offboard third-party tools and integrations (ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Docusign) throughout their lifecycle.

  • Maintain backup and restore strategies with regular testing, and document admin processes and security configurations.

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including managing complex orgs, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform security and best practices.

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds in high-tech or SaaS environments.

  • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to work independently.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong focus on delivering the best possible solution.

  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability, able to execute on multiple competing projects, and excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with technical and non-technical customers.

The annual base salary range for this position is $115,600 - $170,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
