About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Strategic Operator to join our Field Readiness Technology & Innovation team, sitting at the heart of Salesforce’s global Enablement organization. This high-impact role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a bias for action, and is passionate about the future of work — particularly the rise of agentic AI and how it enables sales productivity at scale.
As part of a team that follows a “Make to Learn” approach, you will experiment, build, and iterate in cutting-edge areas where playbooks don’t yet exist. You’ll own parts of the enablement tech stack and lead the design and delivery of agent-first workflows that power the next generation of sales readiness. What You’ll Do
  • Design and launch agent-first workflows across the enablement logistics stack — audience selection → cohort creation → checklist assignment → comms → transcript write-back.
  • Prioritize and iterate quickly, aligning thin slices of delivery (80% > 100%) to clear KPIs and dependencies.
  • Prototype with AI coding assistance and low-code tools, wiring lightweight services/APIs before partnering with Engineering to harden and scale.
  • Instrument impact by maintaining always-on dashboards (automation %, time-to-launch, transcript freshness, rubric coverage, adoption/CSAT).
  • Package wins into reusable templates and best practices, enabling other teams to replicate successes.
  • Engage cross-functionally with end users, technical partners, and leadership stakeholders — presenting insights, aligning direction, and driving adoption of new AI-driven workflows.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI in enablement, testing emerging agentic AI tools, pushing boundaries of adoption, and helping Salesforce define the Digital Workforce future.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, sales operations, enablement, or strategic program management roles.
  • Proven ability to design, test, and iterate workflows in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Slack, Data Cloud) and experience with rapid prototyping using AI or low-code tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience instrumenting KPIs and using insights to drive iteration and adoption.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to simplify complexity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Passion for agentic AI and how AI can power enablement, readiness, and sales productivity.
  • A “get-it-done” operator with a bias for action, comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.
Nice to Have
  • Experience designing and delivering AI/agent-first workflows with real end-user feedback loops.
  • Background in sales enablement, field readiness, or productivity tooling.
  • Familiarity with consulting-style problem solving (strategy consulting, AI transformation, or workflow automation).
Why Join Us
You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team that sits at the forefront of Salesforce’s Enablement strategy. We are builders, experimenters, and problem-solvers working in one of the most exciting areas of transformation today — agentic AI for enablement.
If you’re excited by AI, passionate about shaping the Digital Workforce, and eager to build where no playbook exists, we’d love to hear from you.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
