Title: Senior Manager, Sales Enablement

About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic, cross-functional leader to own the project management and operational execution of major sales enablement programs. The Director of Sales Enablement Strategy will lead a team of enablement professionals and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Operations to design, deliver, and measure impactful enablement initiatives—from onboarding revamps to process rollouts to global training programs. This is a highly visible role that ensures alignment, scalability, and real business impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall go-to-market enablement strategy, including infrastructure, content, and process
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of enablement professionals
- Drive project plans and timelines for onboarding, sales process adoption, certifications, and cross-functional initiatives
- Lead development of skills training for the global sales organization, including playbooks, certifications, and curriculum design
- Track KPIs and program impact in partnership with RevOps; use insights to iterate and improve
- Align enablement initiatives with business priorities and GTM strategy
- Manage internal communications, program dashboards, and stakeholder updates
- Partner cross-functionally to identify success measures and reporting mechanisms
- Drive feedback loops with frontline sellers and managers to improve training and execution
- Build scalable programs that can be localized and updated for various teams and regions
- Own enablement tool utilization strategy and drive adoption of systems like Salesforce, Gong, Allego, Outreach, and others
- Partner with SMEs and event teams to plan and execute annual enablement events (e.g., SKO)
Skills & Competencies
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC
- Ability to influence at all levels, especially senior leadership and exec stakeholders
- Strong project management in matrixed environments
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
- Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with enablement and sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Allego, Outreach, Sales Navigator)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, GTM operations, or L&D
- 2+ years managing direct reports and programs
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech environments
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in a quota-carrying or GTM sales role
- Event planning experience a plus
- Familiarity with instructional design tools like Articulate or Brainstorm
