About the role:
Join Takeda as a Senior Manager, Reimbursement, Access and Channel Marketing (RAC) out of our Cambridge, MA office. You will report to the Director of Product/Brand Marketing.

$137,000.00 - $215,270.00

How you will contribute:
- Drive branded and unbranded access marketing initiatives that support payer engagement and clinical differentiation across the Hematology portfolio.
- Facilitate the appropriate promotion of brands and related services with organized customers to optimize access and adoption.
- Lead the development of tools, dashboards, and metrics to evaluate contract performance and Specialty Pharmacy (SP) service agreements.
- Manage PRT (Promotional Review Team) process, including material creation, updates, re-approvals, and oversight of tactical pull-through resources.
- Analyze market research to identify insights and inform the strategic direction of channel marketing initiatives across priority Hematology brands.
- Partner with sales and training teams to develop and deliver access and reimbursement-focused content for national and regional sales meetings, including training of Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Brand marketing teams, US managed markets, medical, regulatory, legal, field sales and insights to ensure compliant and impactful execution of marketing programs.
- Manage Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets for assigned initiatives, which may include budget phasing, tracking, and reconciliation in alignment with finance.
- Support the communication of the brand's value proposition across various customer archetypes, including specialty providers, IDNs, SPs, HCPs and distribution partners.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 5+ years of related experience in marketing or access
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management and communication skills

- Hematology/Rare disease experience
- Industry knowledge - comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the prescription drug access landscape and distribution process (e.g. medical referrals, managed care systems, etc.).
- Understanding of US pharma market dynamics (regulatory environment, access and reimbursement, policy, etc).
- Apply Competitive Intelligence learnings into Marketing Plans, develop and execute tactics to address competitive threats
- Familiarity with regulatory A&P approval process

- Cultivate a trusting working relationship with external and internal partners incl. PRT reviewers.
