  • Coordinate agreed Continue / Hold / Cancel / Revalidate activities when changes to scope, schedule, vendor commitments or integration readiness require reassessment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in TPIP lifecycle processes, reporting, tools and ways of working.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in programme, project or delivery management within semiconductors, silicon IP, SoC development or a similarly complex technology environment.
  • Experience working with suppliers or technology vendors, including delivery commitments, issue resolution and recovery planning.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams to lead schedules, risks, dependencies and delivery priorities.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex activities.
  • Strong communication and partner management skills, with the ability to work efficiently with technical teams and senior collaborators.
  • Understanding of technology or IP lifecycle management, procurement readiness and delivery tracking, or relevant experience with comparable delivery processes.

Relevant transferable experience involving complex technology delivery, supplier management or cross-functional programme management is welcomed.
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with semiconductor IP selection, procurement, delivery or integration.
  • Experience working with IP vendors, EDA companies or semiconductor suppliers.
  • Experience with Jira or similar workflow and delivery management tools.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, data analysis or workflow automation.

In Return:
This role works across Arm engineering and business teams to improve how third-party IP is selected, procured, delivered and tracked.
