How will you make an impact?

The Senior Manager, Integration Management will be responsible for delivering integration success in partnership with functional and business workstream leaders in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent reports to Director IMO and through their leadership, maintains the process and workstream governance structure to ensure integration goals are achieved.

Location:

This is an onsite position in Waltham, MA working a hybrid schedule with only 1 flexible working day. Residency within commuting distance of Waltham is required. No relocation assistance provided.

What will you do?

  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to lead impact-oriented integration decisions, ensuring integration priorities reflect business needs and customer requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business and functional stakeholders, serving as a trusted integration partner who understands their priorities, challenges, and the impact of integration activities on internal and external customers
  • Responsible for integration program governance through development, deployment, and continuous improvement of engagement forums, escalation pathways, and program mechanisms
  • Facilitate working sessions with integration workstreams comprising of cross functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Communications) and business functions (Operations, Quality, Legal, Commercial etc.) to establish integration milestone plan, determine interdependencies, level of change management needed, business impact, risk and mitigation plans
  • Lead regular operating reviews with workstream leaders to assess progress against milestones, challenge performance where required, resolve cross-functional issues, hold owners accountable for commitments, and escalate to senior leadership where required
  • Preparation of materials for leadership team meetings to report progress, escalate issues with clear scenarios and recommendations, and support decision making
  • Accountable for facilitation of lessons learned sessions to learn from experiences and incorporation of process improvement actions into integration playbooks
  • Engagement with additional Integration Management Office initiatives as needed

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5+ years of work experience
  • Demonstrated project management and change management skills with strong analytical ability, organizational agility and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills to facilitate meetings and engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and businesses in a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation, with a continuous improvement mentality

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00–$173,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
