About the Job

The Senior Product Manager, Hemophilia Franchise Marketing will be responsible for supporting a cohesive strategy across the team by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The role will work closely with brand teams and patient Support Services field teams for supporting transverse marketing work related to Hemophilia Franchise, covering the portfolio across Hemophilia A factor (ALTUVIIIO, Eloctate) and Hemophilia B factor (Alprolix), and Qfitlia. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting innovation and tactical execution across a number of priorities related to (i) to empowering field-based teams engaging with the broad community in the most impactful way, (ii) elevating Sanofi brand in the Hemophilia space, (iii) representing the Hemophilia franchise towards selected external and internal stakeholders on transverse topics.  This position will report to the Director of Franchise Marketing, US and will be based in Cambridge, MA.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the US commercial strategy for the Hemophilia Franchise Marketing team

  • Lead patient marketing initiatives inclusive of development, creation, and implementation of branded and unbranded strategy, tactical plan, and materials

  • Collaborate extensively with marketing, field teams, public affairs, training department, and other functions to ensure we are achieving key milestones and targets

  • Manage external vendor relationships and budgets to ensure effective execution of strategy

About You

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience marketing in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial teams with a minimum of 2 years of experience marketing drugs in the U.S. is required. 

  • Hemophilia or rare disease experience preferred but not required

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners

  • Ability to communicate and work closely with business functions to successfully lead initiatives

  • Detail-oriented self-starter capable of owning initiatives from beginning to end and managing several large complex projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently; nimbly developing clear and compelling action plans including prioritization, objective setting, timeline, budget management 

  • Knowledge of the Legal and Regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing; including Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review Committee process

The salary range for this position is:

$122,250.00 - $176,583.33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
