Job Overview:
We're looking for a builder.
As SharkNinja continues its rapid global growth, the Senior Manager, Global People Experience (HR) Operations will help build the future of People Experience Operations by partnering with the VP, Global Total Rewards and regional People Experience Operations leaders to evolve a modern, scalable global operating model that delivers exceptional employee experiences while enabling the business to move with speed.
Total Rewards includes Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, Immigration, HRIS, Workforce Intelligence, and People Experience / Human Resources Operations. Within that broader organization, People Experience Operations is responsible for creating simple, intuitive, technology-enabled experiences across the employee lifecycle - from post-offer onboarding through offboarding.
This role will lead operational execution across the Americas (United States, Canada, and LATAM) while collaborating globally to define guiding principles, strengthen governance, and continuously improve shared processes. It is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with HR Business Partners, regional People teams, HRIS, Workforce Intelligence, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure People operations are consistent, scalable, and trusted across the organization.
As SharkNinja continues to implement Oracle HCM Cloud, this leader will play a critical role in simplifying processes, leveraging AI-enabled capabilities, strengthening data integrity, and building scalable operations that improve both the employee and manager experience. Success in this role requires someone who is Rarely Satisfied, embraces Progress over Perfection, understands that Details Make the Difference, Communicates for Impact, and believes Winning is a Team Sport. You will thrive in SharkNinja's Outrageously Extraordinary culture by demonstrating a Relentless Drive for Edge, Insatiable Impatience for Action, Deep-Seated Confidence, and a Genuine Belief in the Journey.
Responsibilities:
Shape the Global People Experience Operating Model
  • Partner with the VP, Global Total Rewards and regional People Experience Operations leaders to define, operationalize, and continuously evolve SharkNinja's global People Experience operating model.
  • Drive alignment around global guiding principles, governance, and standard processes while incorporating regional requirements and business needs.
  • Lead People Experience Operations across the Americas while influencing consistency and scalability across the global team.

Elevate the Employee Experience
  • Continuously improve the employee lifecycle from accepted offer through offboarding, creating experiences that are intuitive, efficient, and employee-centric.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and modernize People processes while improving speed, quality, and service delivery.
  • Build a service mindset that enhances the experience of associates, managers, HRBPs, and People team members.

Lead Digital Transformation
  • Serve as the business process owner for People Experience Operations within Oracle HCM Cloud, partnering closely with HRIS to ensure technology enables best-in-class business processes.
  • Define business process requirements, validate new functionality, participate in user acceptance testing, and ensure Oracle supports the intended employee and manager experience.
  • Lead the operational adoption and continuous optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud after implementation.
  • Champion AI-enabled People Operations by identifying opportunities to automate manual work, improve self-service, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.
  • Partner with HRIS and IT to evaluate emerging technology capabilities and prioritize use cases that create measurable value.

Enable Organizational Excellence
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners to operationalize organizational design decisions and ensure they are governed appropriately and executed accurately within Oracle HCM Cloud and downstream systems.
  • Educate HR Business Partners, managers, and People leaders on operational processes, governance standards, and best practices.
  • Own the integrity of workforce data by establishing operational controls, auditing data quality, and ensuring accurate execution of employee transactions.
  • Partner with Workforce Intelligence to ensure trusted data supports reporting, analytics, and strategic decision-making.

Build an Unstoppable Team
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing People Experience Operations team capable of supporting SharkNinja's continued growth.
  • Assess future capability needs and evolve the team's structure, skills, and operating model as the function scales.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Lead through influence across regional operations teams, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent global experiences.

Skills Required:
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, People Experience, HR Transformation, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success scaling HR Operations within high-growth, fast-paced organizations, ideally from startup or scale-up environments through organizations of 4,000+ employees.
  • Required experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including ownership of business process design and optimization.
  • Experience participating in a global HR Operations or People Experience organization with an understanding of balancing enterprise standards with regional execution.
  • Experience leading enterprise HR transformation initiatives, including system implementations, operating model evolution, and process standardization.
  • Demonstrated success implementing AI-enabled HR capabilities, workflow automation, and digital employee experiences.
  • Experience leading change, driving adoption, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience driving operational excellence through data governance, metrics, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.

Leadership Attributes
  • Builder who thrives creating scalable capabilities rather than maintaining the status quo.
  • Pragmatic problem solver who simplifies complexity while balancing employee experience, operational excellence, and business needs.
  • Comfortable challenging existing processes and introducing new ways of working.
  • Hands-on operator who is equally comfortable defining strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
  • Growth mindset with curiosity to continuously improve, experiment, and leverage new technologies.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences through operational excellence, thoughtful governance, and modern People technology.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity while building trust, developing teams, and driving measurable business impact.

Success in This Role:
Success will be measured by your ability to:
  • Elevate the employee experience through intuitive, consistent, and scalable People processes.
  • Successfully implement and operationalize Oracle HCM Cloud as the foundation for global People Experience Operations.
  • Leverage AI and automation wherever they create meaningful value.
  • Build an unstoppable, future-ready People Experience Operations team.
