The Senior Manager, Finance – Supply Chain Monetization serves as a strategic finance leader for a fastgrowing portfolio of revenuegenerating supply chain services. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Legal, and Enterprise Finance to shape monetization strategy, evaluate commercial opportunities, and drive profitable growth across delivery, logistics operations, transportation, inventory, and lastmile services.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the primary finance partner to Supply Chain leaders driving monetization initiatives ensuring clear visibility to revenue, cost to serve, margin performance, and ROI.
  • Own financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management
  • Manage sales and margin forecasting for monetization programs
  • Translate operational strategies into financial outcomes; provide insight-driven recommendations to support pricing, capacity deployment, contract terms, and investment decisions.
  • Build business cases for new and existing monetization offerings, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, and volume/throughput implications.
  • Own the monthly/quarterly forecasting cycle for monetization revenue, volume, labor, transportation, and variable cost pools. 
  • Embed financial rigor into operational processes including forecasting, capacity planning, labor management, and transportation planning
  • Lead variance analysis and monthly close activities
  • Develop and manage long-range models aligned to enterprise growth plans, including contract profitability over multiyear horizons.
  • Influence leaders through datadriven storytelling
  • Lead and develop a highperforming finance team

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations: transportation, delivery, labor planning, inventory flows, and cost to serve methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders in both finance and operations.
  • Experience managing others and leading teams in providing advanced financial analytics and data insights to business leaders
  • Adept at developing trusted relationships and demonstrated effective collaboration with business partners across diverse areas of the organization
  • Expertise in advanced financial analytics through ability to analyze monthly results, use of forecasting/budgeting principles, and providing ad-hoc analytics throughout various roles
  • Thrives in a constantly changing environment and has the ability to think outside the box

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years finance experience
  • Bachelor's in finance or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience with Advanced Analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL preferred

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.  In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
