JOB DESCRIPTION:

Driven Brand’s Take 5 Oil Change group is looking for a Driven Senior Manager, Field Marketing (Franchise) who wants to make a difference!

Reporting to the Senior Director of Field Marketing and supporting our Take 5 Oil Change segment, this role is the critical link between the Take 5 brand and the franchisees who deliver it in market. This role is responsible for stewarding the execution of new unit growth plans while also optimizing the performance of existing locations across their assigned territories. Acting as both strategist and relationship-builder, this leader ensures that brand standards are upheld, local dynamics are understood, and every franchisee feels supported with the tools and guidance they need to win.

What you’ll Drive:
  • Serve as the voice of the brand to the franchisee, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, standards, and tone across all local marketing activity.

  • Partner with regional field operations to deeply understand market dynamics, competitive pressures, and customer behaviors, translating those insights into actionable local marketing strategies.

  • Steward the planning and execution of new unit growth marketing, working with internal teams, external agencies, and franchise partners to deliver high-impact grand openings.

  • Support and optimize the performance of existing locations, identifying local opportunities and tailoring brand-led activations to drive Cars Per Day (CPD), retention, and community engagement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, media, and promotions teams to adapt national campaigns into localized activations that resonate in-market.

  • Reinforce brand standards through regular engagement with franchisees, ensuring that marketing execution consistently reflects Take 5’s promise of Fast. Friendly. Simple.

  • Build relationships with franchise partners to gain buy-in, influence adoption.

  • Develop and deliver presentations, toolkits, and reporting that make complex data and insights accessible and actionable for franchise owners.

  • Act as a field-level champion of continuous improvement, sharing best practices across territories and surfacing needs or gaps back to the brand team.

What you’ll Bring:
  • Ability to work in the United States on an on-going basis, without sponsorship

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, franchise marketing, or multi-unit retail marketing.

  • Proven track record in franchise or dealer network environments, balancing brand consistency with local execution.

  • Strong business acumen with experience in budget management and ROI optimization.

  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build trust and credibility with franchisees, operations leaders, and executives.

  • Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation — with the ability to translate marketing strategy into practical tools for operators.

  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced growth.

  • Deep respect for the franchisee relationship, with a service-first approach that reflects the brand’s commitment to partnership.

  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
