Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled eCommerce Senior Manager to join our eCommerce team. This role will focus on handling and optimizing our Amazon presence in both the US and UK markets, driving sales, and improving customer experience on the platform. The Senior Manager, eCommerce - Amazon will report directly to the Director of DTC & Amazon and work closely with the eCommerce and sales accounts teams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Amazon operations and a deep understanding of eCommerce standard processes, with a confirmed ability to implement strategies that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Operations Management:

  • Handle daily operations on Amazon for both the US and UK markets, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead agency of record to implement standard processes in product assortment and merchandising strategies.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies for Amazon, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion in both regions.

  • Conduct regular analysis of sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track key performance indicators (critical metrics) related to Amazon sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership, offering actionable insights and recommendations.

Promotional Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns and pricing strategies to drive traffic and conversion rates on Amazon.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts across digital channels.

Compliance and Reputation Management:

  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and best practices to maintain a positive brand reputation.

  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews on Amazon, implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in Amazon policies to ensure competitiveness.

  • Utilize market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with teams across the organization to optimize digital marketing efforts, including media, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and Amazon merchandising.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management, with a focus on Amazon operations.

    • Beauty and Consumer Package Goods (CPG) experience preferred.

    • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing Amazon-specific initiatives.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and eCommerce analytics tools.

    • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO and PPC, to enhance product visibility.

  • Leadership Skills:

    • People management experience preferred.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • Analytical Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities:

    • Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
