As part of the Analytics & Behavior Change function, the Consumer Engagement and Analytics team helps lead our mission to be a customer-centric, data-driven organization. This team aggressively tracks and helps grow CVS’ customer journeys through franchise by identifying opportunities and optimizing customer strategies derived by analyzing trends in customer shopping behavior, needs, intents, and responses. The team leverages advanced analytics, machine learning and a hypothesis-driven approach to quickly transform data into actionable, customer-centric insights in fast-moving and energizing environment. This position will be based in one of our Analytics Hubs (Wellsley, NY, or RI) and will report to the Executive Director, Agile Marketing and Automation with consistent exposure to senior leadership within Marketing and A&BC.
Responsibilities:Responsible for owning and defining the product vision and strategy, the roadmap, feature delivery, and overall success of the product to enable a best-in-class E2E experience.
They manage a backlog of features and enablers to enhance the product and extend its architectural and discovery runway. They are responsible for overall product health, inclusive of technical health, and risk communication. They provide leadership and guidance on how to sequence and prioritize investments to optimize value.
This is an individual contributor role who will lead product teams to achieve key outcomes by collaborating with Product Owners, Domain Owners, and Analysts and is responsible for creating a positive team culture through growing, coaching, and establishing high performing teams.
Strong product management skills, with a proven track record to translate product and capability roadmaps into short-term, tactical delivery plans.
Familiarity with big data concepts. Ability to structure data analysis, driving analytics insights and analytical solutions to understand customer behaviors and insights
Understanding key drivers of business value and being able to translate into business opportunities and frame them as analytical problems. e.g., how to grow a business
Showing willingness to understand and probe into technical details
Ability to work cross functionally (cross technical and business domains) and strong interpersonal skills, including with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
Familiarity with Cloud technology and experience building systems that scale
Present recommendations to senior staff and internal clients. Mentors junior team members. Autonomously leads the client relationship with senior business leaders as their single point of contact
Required Qualifications
7 years of business experience leading analyses solution development with a track record of business impact
Minimum 7 years total business experience
General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts, including cloud and AI/ML
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 years of product strategy experience. Martech Experience preferred
Experience to build internal data product/platform preferred
Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity
Experience leading product transformation within a large enterprise
Retail & consumer product sector experience preferred
Demonstrates a strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
