We have an exciting vision for cybersecurity - one that puts people at the center of cyber. Our cyber resilience SaaS platform is an agile, hands-on solution that helps teams continuously assess, build, and prove cyber capabilities through real-life simulations, rather than one-off training sessions.

We help the world’s biggest brands like Citi, Pfizer, Daimler, Humana, and HSBC, protect their revenues and brand reputations.

Founded in 2017 from a cargo container in Bristol, UK, Immersive Labs has progressed to the global stage and has secured over $180 million of funding.

The Opportunity

Immersive is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Cyber Resilience Advisors (CRAs) to lead our growing US-based Cyber Resilience Team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in cybersecurity operations, excellent communication skills, and exceptional leadership abilities. As a subject matter expert in cyber resilience strategy, you will master how crisis simulations, dynamic threat range exercises, and technical labs help customers measure, prove, and improve their team's readiness.

In this role, you will drive the evolution of the CRA team by fostering best practices and developing strategic, multi-year human cyber resilience plans for our customers. You will engage during the sales cycle to shape the vision, support the team in scoping and delivering world-class proposals, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Additionally, you will oversee operational delivery—including Crisis Simulation scenarios, Cyber Skills paths, and Leadership/Technical Cyber Drills—while providing critical support to Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners like Customer Success and Alliance Managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the evolution of the team by fostering best practices to develop strategic, multi-year human cyber resilience plans for our customers.

  • Sales Partnership: Engage during the sales cycle to shape the vision, support the team in scoping, and deliver world-class proposals.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the delivery of core offerings, including Crisis Simulation scenarios, Program and Cyber Skills paths, and Cyber Drills across Leadership and Technical tracks.

  • People Leadership: Provide direct mentorship and professional development for the US Advisor team, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering individual career growth.

  • Performance Tracking: Coordinate team activities to achieve operational objectives and customer success targets.

  • Knowledge Management: Champion a culture of continuous learning and documentation to transition the team from tribal knowledge to scalable institutional knowledge.

  • Product Evolution: Translate field insights and customer feedback into actionable requirements for the Product and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap of Immersive's offerings.

  • Resilience Analytics: Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to translate platform data into strategic maturity insights, providing customers with the evidence-based reporting needed to measure and prove team readiness at scale.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years experience in a leadership role, managing a team of security practitioners or consultants.

  • Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.

  • A detailed, deep understanding of all cyber operations and cyber security capability needs and how this impacts organization-wide cyber preparedness and responsiveness.

  • Ability to develop and deliver a range of people-centric cybersecurity programs.

  • Experience effectively leading customer relationships with complex enterprise-level organizations.

  • Willing to travel periodically based on the business and project’s needs.
