We are seeking a results-driven Customer Growth Campaign Manager to join our B2B Growth Marketing team. This role is focused on strategizing, planning, and optimizing global campaigns to drive net-new customer acquisition within the power and technology industry vertical. You’ll play a key role in building the go-to-market plan for generating high-quality leads, accelerating pipeline, and delivering measurable impact across the digital and traditional buyer’s journeys. 

As the lead contributor within the growth marketing function, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, digital, and operations teams to orchestrate the design and delivery of campaigns that resonate with target personas and move prospects through the buyer’s journey. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan, develop, and optimize full-funnel campaigns targeting existing customers across priority power and technology customer verticals, geographies, and channels for ARR growth by;
  • Collaborating with the Director of Growth Marketing to align campaign plans with vertical GTM plans, program strategies, and pipeline goals. 
  • Working with product marketing and content marketing to develop tailored messaging, content, and solution offers. 
  • Building integrated campaign strategies, schedule, and reporting across channels such as email, paid social, display, SEM, SEO, content syndication, nurture flows and webinars. 
    • Work with event operations and sales to drive execution excellence in our event planning, onsite execution and follow up, increasing the ROI from this critical channel. 
    • Partner with digital marketing and media teams to manage paid acquisition efforts and ensure targeted reach into ICP audiences and accounts. 
    • Work with digital marketing to monitor campaign performance in real-time and continuously improve tactics through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization. 
  • Managing ongoing operations of campaign and content delivery schedules, channel mix, channel performance improvements, journey management and budget
  • Work closely with sales and lead management teams to enable effective follow-up, qualification, and conversion strategies. 
  • Track, report, and analyse campaign performance against KPIs such as MQLs, SALs, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution. 

Requirements 

  • Over 8 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on campaign management, demand generation, or growth marketing. 
  • Experience planning and executing lead generation campaigns targeting expansion in existing customers in a B2B context. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance metrics. 
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tech stacks (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Intent data platforms etc.). 
  • Ability to develop campaign briefs, manage creative assets, and coordinate across internal and external teams. 
  • Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance data to inform decisions. 
  • Experience working in cross-functional, global, or matrixed environments is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in audience-focused B2B campaigns within the energy and utilities spaces
  • Knowledge of funnel metrics and pipeline acceleration tactics 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
