As our Senior Manager of Client Success, you are responsible for owning client relationships, managing client contracts (meeting SLAs & driving renewals), utilizing R1 technology & interfacing with R1 Operations teams to continuously optimize Client KPIs, and seeking upsell/cross-sell/new sales opportunities both for the Prior Authorization business and across the Patient Experience business unit.

You will communicate with clients to understand their needs and meet with C-suite level executives. To thrive in this role, you must have experience with RCM, excel in client communication, and be comfortable working with C-Suite clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish routine metric reporting with Client Managers and Executives
  • Understand R1 technology & workflows; work externally with Clients and internally with Operations to continuously improve KPI performance
  • Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback
  • Manage and resolve complex client issues and escalations
  • Coordinate with other R1 departments (Implementation, Product, Operations, IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure best-possible partnership & performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations
  • Attend office events to build R1 network for cross-sell opportunities
  • Attend industry events to build client network for new sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of account management, client success management, and/or revenue cycle operations consulting experience working with Vice President and Director-level partners
  • 5+ Revenue Cycle experience, preferably has experience with Prior Authorization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel functions
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Is an extroverted collaborator that looks forward to meeting new clients/client prospects and thrives on delivering performance improvements to make existing clients happy
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $85,000.00 - $143,951.77 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
