Fragomen Nomadic supports organisations and their employees with business travel immigration and cross-border compliance services. Combining specialist expertise, technology and a global service delivery model, Nomadic helps businesses assess travel requirements, manage visa services and support compliant international business travel at scale.

The Senior Manager – Client Services Americas will have responsibility over obtaining and maintaining client relationships. The role will provide senior leadership and oversight to the existing US management team while helping to develop Fragomen Nomadic's client base and market presence across the Americas.

The United States represents a significant opportunity. This position will provide the senior management capacity required to support our existing client portfolio while creating greater focus on business development, client expansion and regional growth. The successful candidate will work closely with Nomadic's global leadership, commercial teams and operational colleagues to ensure the US business is well positioned to scale while maintaining high standards of service delivery and client experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership and Management

  • Provide senior leadership and oversight to the US Nomadic commercial team, including direct line management of the existing US based Client Services Managers.
  • Coach and develop managers, supporting their progression and strengthening leadership capability within the team.
  • Provide guidance and escalation support on operational, client and people matters.
  • Ensure appropriate allocation of responsibilities and resources across the US operation.
  • Promote collaboration between the US team and Nomadic colleagues across other regions.
  • Support the development of a scalable organisational structure capable of supporting continued growth.

Client Management and Retention

  • Build strong relationships with key US and global clients.
  • Provide senior-level oversight for strategic client relationships and complex client matters.
  • Support client retention through proactive engagement, service reviews and identification of emerging client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and introduce additional Nomadic services.
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure service quality and client expectations are consistently met.

Business Development and Growth

  • Play an active role in developing new business opportunities across the United States and wider Americas region.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and relevant industry stakeholders.
  • Participate in client pitches, demonstrations, RFPs and commercial discussions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and collaboration across Fragomen's broader client portfolio.
  • Represent Fragomen Nomadic at relevant industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
  • Work with global commercial leadership to develop and execute regional growth initiatives.
  • Contribute market insight and client feedback to support the continued development of Nomadic's services and technology.

Operational and Strategic Leadership

  • Work closely with global Nomadic leadership to support regional strategy and business planning.
  • Monitor operational performance, service quality and client trends across the US business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability.
  • Support the implementation of global Nomadic initiatives within the Americas.
  • Act as a senior point of escalation where appropriate.
  • Help ensure that operational delivery remains aligned with commercial priorities and Nomadic's wider growth strategy.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

The successful candidate will ideally bring:

  • Significant experience within global mobility, immigration, business travel, professional services or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and developing teams, including experienced managers.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to identify and develop opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships.
  • Experience supporting business development activities, proposals, pitches or strategic account growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to operate effectively across a global, matrixed organisation.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the ability to balance operational excellence with growth objectives.

Experience within business travel immigration, consular services or cross-border compliance would be particularly valuable.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success in this role will include:

  • A strong and sustainable management structure across the US operation.
  • Effective leadership and development of the US management team.
  • Continued retention and growth of key client relationships.
  • Increased commercial activity and new business development across the Americas.
  • Stronger engagement with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Improved capacity for the business to scale as US and Americas volumes grow.
  • Close alignment between regional operations, client management and Nomadic's global commercial strategy.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

The Americas offer a significant opportunity for future growth.

As the business expands, additional senior leadership is required not simply to address current workload, but to establish the management structure and commercial capacity needed to protect and expand our existing US client base while capitalising on the significant growth opportunity across the region.

This role will therefore be instrumental in strengthening the existing operation and supporting the next phase of Fragomen Nomadic's growth.
