Job Summary

ZOLL Medical is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Inside Sales & Sales Development to lead our Public Safety Inside Sales and SDR teams. This position plays a critical role in generating qualified opportunities, scaling pipeline growth, and supporting adoption of Rescue Ready® Services through distributor-focused sales execution.

The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a passion for coaching high-performing teams, optimizing lead-to-opportunity processes, and driving alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This leader will own inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting strategies while overseeing tools, metrics, and programs to improve conversion and revenue performance.

This role reports to the Group Vice President NA Distribution and collaborates closely with the Vice President of Field Sales, Global Director of Strategic Accounts, Senior Director of Alternate Care and cross-functional partners across North America Public Safety and Alternate Care.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development & Inside Sales Leadership

  • Manage and develop the Sales Development and Inside Sales teams, ensuring high engagement, quota attainment, and professional growth.
  • Design and implement strategic plans, KPIs, and dashboards to measure performance, pipeline contribution, and operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee outbound and inbound sales campaigns that support growth across distribution channels and Rescue Ready® Services.
  • Refine lead qualification and conversion processes to increase efficiency and drive high-quality handoffs to Field Sales and distribution partners.
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews, individual coaching sessions, and team performance analyses.
  • Implement scalable onboarding, training, and enablement programs that accelerate ramp time and support continuous skill development.
  • Design compensation plans and incentive programs that drive performance and align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead flow, campaign execution, and feedback loops to ensure optimal conversion outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business, sales, or a related field).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales, including 3+ years in a management or senior leadership role.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to derive insights and translate them into action.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling inside sales or SDR functions in a high-growth B2B environment.
  • Experience in distribution channel models strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High-energy, metrics-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.
