Our Senior Manager, Business Customer Relationship Management Marketing plays an essential role in managing the development and implementation of customer relationship campaigns and tactics as well as providing support for all products and aspects of the customer relationship and lifecycle.

As a Senior Manager, Business Customer Relationship Management Marketing you will lead identification of marketing segment opportunities and execution of programs related to communications, growth and retention, engagement, upgrade, upsell, loyalty and winback programs with the goal of mitigating customer churn and building long term customer relationships.   • Developing, managing and executing customer campaigns for sell in of services to deepen the customer relationship within the business community.
  • Leveraging strong collaboration and working cross-functionally with teams maximize the impact customer marketing initiatives.
  • Managing the support of Business needs and the execution of customer facing materials with partner teams.
  • Creating and implementing programs to maximize productivity.


You'll actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience as the liaison with other departments, including Product Marketing, Creative Strategy and go-to-market execution teams to ensure effective programs and initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Marketing Experience 7+ years
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Customer-focused with a proven track record of success in achieving/exceeding growth and profitability goals through innovative marketing and event programs.
  • Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail. Service orientation and comfortability interacting with senior-level executives. Self-starter.
  • Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can work independently and autonomously. Can think strategically. Can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Travel ability: Office environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of video, voice, data, mobile products preferred.
  • Business Marketing experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applications.
