Your role at Dynatrace
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Anaplan Solution Architect with exceptional leadership skills to lead both solution design and a team of dedicated resources. As the Anaplan Solution Architect - Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful design, implementation, and optimization of Anaplan solutions tailored to Dynatrace's specific needs. In addition, you will build, guide and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and excellence.
Your Impact: As the Anaplan Solution Architect - Senior Manager, your role encompasses both strategic solution design and effective team leadership. Your contributions will include:
- Leading the end-to-end design and delivery of sophisticated Anaplan planning solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional peers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose tailored Anaplan solutions.
- Developing comprehensive Anaplan multi-dimensional models that optimize processes, enhance functionality, and align with best practices.
- Overseeing and guiding the integration of Anaplan with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- While initially a team-of-one, you'll build a team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support
- Leading by example and setting high standards for solution architecture, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Conducting regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to both the team and stakeholders across Dynatrace.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Anaplan features and industry trends, incorporating them into solution designs and team skill development.
Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Waltham, MA/Detroit, MI/Denver, CO/Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid out of our offices. All other candidates are able to sit remotely.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Anaplan solutions, including substantial exposure to solution architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role with demonstrable expertise/hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and the entire FP&A operations lifecycle.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Requirements:
- Masters Degree preferred.
- Proven experience building, leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to motivate, mentor, and foster collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in Anaplan functionalities, including modules, lists, dashboards, complex calculations, and data integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Anaplan models and solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to align tactical efforts with broader business goals.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and an understanding of project management concepts.
- An Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification is required, with additional certifications such as Anaplan Certified Solution Architect, are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other EPM tools, data visualization platforms, or business intelligence solutions is a plus.

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $150K - $185K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
