  • Lead content quality and governance activities, including audits, cleanup initiatives, publishing workflows, quality assurance, content discoverability, and learner navigation improvements.
  • Collaborate with platform editors, administrators, and internal users to maintain governance standards, improve content quality, and enhance the overall platform experience.

Automation and Process Enablement

  • Play a key role in the design, development, testing, monitoring, documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Talent Development automation workflows, including solutions built with enterprise automation tools such as Power Automate.
  • Enable effective and responsible use of approved AI-enabled tools and workflows by documenting use cases, evaluating outputs, and identifying risks or governance considerations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify automation and workflow optimization opportunities, clarify requirements, evaluate risks and dependencies, coordinate testing, and support implementation of process improvements.

Technology Coordination, Reporting, and Adoption

  • Coordinate with Talent, HR, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to advance learning technology initiatives through solution reviews, integrations, testing, launch readiness activities, and other cross-functional efforts.
  • Develop and deliver reporting, dashboards, and operational insights that inform platform adoption, content health, performance trends, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Champion adoption of learning technology changes through user guidance, administrator enablement, release communications, and change support resources.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning operations, HR technology, LMS/LXP administration, digital learning operations, or related technology-enabled business operations roles.
  • Strong expertise administering, configuring, and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and related learning technologies.
  • Background advancing learning technology governance, content management, information architecture, and learner experience improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing automation solutions and leveraging AI technologies to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors and contributing to technology implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and deliver high-quality work with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
