Position Summary

The Senior Learning Experience Manager will be responsible for the design and execution of innovative learning programs and solutions to accelerate the talent pipeline for critical leadership roles. As a member of the Global Talent Development Team, they will collaborate with key partners to understand the needs and business objectives that will improve organizational performance and build engaging learning solutions in a variety of formats. Success is measured by the quality, size, readiness, and agility of these talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program design across multiple audiences to create innovative and engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, blended learning, and performance support tools.
  • Consult and partner with program managers, executives and HRBPs to understand and analyze user needs and organizational goals to inform curriculum design.
  • Lead curriculum development to create instructional frameworks, learning journeys, and storyboards using diverse strategies to enhance knowledge retention and transfer for critical pipeline talent.
  • Recommend and integrate the use of best-practice learning technologies and platforms to enhance the learner experience and develop multimedia-rich and engaging training materials.
  • Collaborate to establish measurable learning objectives, guide development of learning goals, and use evaluation and feedback to assess outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Define, produce, and maintain consistent quality and style for all learning solutions and materials while continuously improving based on evolving trends and methodologies.
  • Provide seamless program management for all aspects of assigned learning and development programs to ensure high quality learning experiences.
  • Engage with vendors to design and deliver experiential learning solutions that will accelerate pipeline talent.
  • Some program facilitation and delivery required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in instructional design, virtual instructions, and visual design for large global corporations.
  • Completed certification in instructional design or related field (e.g., CPLP, or programs from ASTD, ISPI).
  • Proficiency with LMS and e-learning authoring and social and collaborative learning technologies and tools.
  • Experience as a program manager for senior level learners, including leadership development.
Skills
  • Experience using AI tools to support the generation of learning materials and content.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects independently.
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem solving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and designing in PowerPoint.
  • Experience with preferred technologies such as NovoEd, Workday Learning, Skillsoft, Articulate Storyline, Chat GPT, and Success Factors LMS.
  • Experience with Agile or iterative design processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with use of video, animation, and graphics applications preferred.
