  • Use research-informed instructional strategies to design content.

  • Build an assessment and feedback culture that informs decisions with data.

  • Craft strong relationships across stakeholders.

⭐️What you’ll need

  • You have 8+ years experience developing and delivering on-demand, VILT and ILT learning (scripts and self-serve resources as well as designing e-learning solutions using a combination of media, including text, graphics, animation, audio, video, and interactive facilitated content) with specific experience in:

  • You’re comfortable driving learning outcomes for generative AI, with recommended (but not required) experience in AI tooling and solutions.

  • You’re confident, and can easily build relationships with stakeholders and program managers.

  • You know your instructional design methodologies and UX design principles, and build polished learning content.

  • You have experience with common tools for design, authoring, voice-over and video creation.

  • You’re comfortable with experimentation, iteration and a fast-paced environment.

  • You prioritize self-awareness, feedback and growth.

  • You enjoy thinking about how to better organize processes and projects, and leading the way.

  • You’re naturally curious and love learning new things.
