We’re searching for a proven consulting leader in Product Ownership / Business Analysis to join our team—someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and technology delivery. This isn’t a checklist role; we’re after the kind of PO/BA who can drop into large, complex, hybrid agile engagements at scale and quickly bring clarity, direction, and confidence to both business stakeholders and delivery teams in a consulting context.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the Solution, Vision & Backlog
    Translate strategic objectives into a living backlog of epics, features, and stories that maximize business value while balancing regulatory, technical, and operational constraints.
  • Shape Complex Delivery
    Break down ambiguity in multi-year, multi-team programs into actionable increments without losing sight of the bigger picture. Comfortable with managing product and technical requirements flow through epic / feature kanban and tiered work decomposition.
  • Bridge Stakeholders & Teams
    Act as the connective tissue across executives, compliance, operations, design, and engineering—speaking the right language to each, ensuring alignment, and building trust. Enable rapid client and team learning by designing a backlog focused on testing assumptions and gathering frequent feedback.
  • Enable Flexible Delivery
    Successfully navigate different types of agile & hybrid environments at scale. Create executable requirements in the form of well-crafted and strategically prioritized epics, features, and stories to enable delivery adaptability and quality.
  • Bring Industry Depth
    Apply deep domain knowledge (especially in FinTech, banking, payments, or insurance) to anticipate edge cases, regulatory requirements, and customer realities before they become blockers.
  • Lead with Evidence
    Ground decisions in data, customer feedback, and business outcomes—ensuring prioritization reflects both value and feasibility.

  • Experienced at Scale: success and strong perspective about running engagements with multiple agile teams, dependencies, and global stakeholders. Comfortable with complex infrastructures.
  • Industry-Savvy: Hands-on knowledge of financial services, wealth management, or related FinTech domains. You understand compliance, risk, and security not as hurdles, but as design constraints.
  • Clarity Bringer: Ability to make the complex simple—cutting through noise, surfacing the “why,” and framing decisions that drive progress.
  • Change Navigator: Ability to work compassionately with client stakeholders who are wary of change. Comfortable in environments that are both agile and waterfall; you serve as a rudder in the gray space of enterprise transformation.
  • Collaborative Leader: Skilled facilitator who balances strong opinions with humility and knows when to lean in or step back. You know when to guide the teams and when to let them work independently.
  • Relentlessly User-Focused: Advocate for end-users and customer experience without losing sight of business goals.

 

Preferred Background

  • 10+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or hybrid role in enterprise-scale programs.
  • FinTech or regulated industry experience required.
  • Strong technical fluency—able to engage credibly with architects and engineers.
  • Know how to quantify value and possess a strong framework to justify backlog prioritization.
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture and Cloud applications (Azure).
  • Deep understanding of Agile Product Ownership and broad knowledge of  software development lifecycles and practices, including discovery, design, iteration, feedback, quality standards, and process control. Familiarity with at least one agile scaling framework (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Kanban Method, etc.). 
  • Creative, analytical, experimental team player.
  • Can effectively and confidently communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in written form.
  • Capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to the organization.
  • Enjoy and excel at problem-solving related to processes, workflow, communication and team dynamics.
  • Great communicator that can inspire the team by conveying the vision and business value.

3Cloud offers competitive compensation. In addition to base pay employees are eligible to receive an annual discretionary/utilization bonus. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.

$101,000$182,000 USD
