The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, using data and cross-functional influence to translate ambitious goals into measurable business outcomes.

  • Continuously improve commercial planning processes, decision-making frameworks, forecasting methodologies, and operational tools to increase organizational effectiveness and scalability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, commercial planning, business operations, consulting, finance, or related functions, with meaningful experience supporting high-growth consumer technology or subscription businesses.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop business strategy while driving operational execution across complex, cross-functional organizations.

  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with experience using data to influence executive decision-making and prioritize business investments.

  • Proven experience leading planning processes, forecasting, business reviews, or commercial operating cadences with senior stakeholders.

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear recommendations for diverse audiences.

  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, building strong partnerships through collaboration, credibility, and thoughtful leadership.

  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
