Thousands of clinicians rely on Videa every day. Your work here will be reflected in real practice, improving real patient outcomes. If you want to build something that matters, keep reading.

About the Role

We're a 100-person startup on a fast growth trajectory and we're looking for an experienced IT professional to help us scale to 200 and beyond.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you'll own and evolve our IT infrastructure end-to-end: from the network under our feet to the SaaS tools our teams rely on every day. You'll be a trusted partner to our Engineering and Operations teams and help ensure our systems scale reliably as we grow.

If you enjoy building reliable, scalable systems and helping people work more effectively in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Network & Infrastructure

  • Own and maintain our office Wi-Fi networks, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity across all spaces

  • Monitor network health, troubleshoot issues proactively, and plan for capacity as headcount grows

  • Manage VPN, firewall configurations, and network segmentation in collaboration with Security and Engineering teams

Endpoint Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of company laptops (Mac and/or PC): procurement, imaging, configuration, deployment, and retirement

  • Administer our MDM platform (Mosyle) to enforce device policies and maintain compliance

  • Maintain hardware inventory and ensure equipment is always ready for new hires

A/V & Conference Rooms

  • Own the setup, maintenance, and reliability of conference rooms and A/V equipment

  • Help troubleshoot video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) to ensure a smooth hybrid meeting experience

  • Evaluate and implement improvements to our meeting room technology as we expand

SaaS & Identity Management

  • Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across our SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and others)

  • Partner with HR and Operations to build and maintain efficient onboarding and offboarding process

  • Own identity and directory management through Google Workspace while maintaining least-privilege access

Cross-functional Partnership

  • Partner with Engineering on infrastructure areas such as networking, security tooling, and developer tooling

  • Work with Operations to ensure IT readiness for new hires, office changes, and company events

  • Document systems, processes and runbooks so knowledge is accessible and shared

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT or systems administration role, ideally at a startup or high-growth environment

  • Hands-on experience with macOS and/or Windows endpoint management and modern MDM platform

  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)

  • Experience managing SaaS provisioning, particularly with Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with A/V systems and conference room technology (Zoom Rooms, PA Systems, Microphones, Google Meet hardware, etc.)

  • A proactive approach to identify and resolving issues

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues

  • Organized and thoughtful about documentation and process

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with automation and scripting (bash, Python, or similar)

  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001)

  • Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams

  • Experience helping scale IT systems during company growth

Why This Role
  • High ownership and visibility as the company grows

  • Work alongside a collaborative Engineering and Operations team

  • Opportunity to build and improve IT systems, not just maintain them

  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits

What It Is Like to Work Here

We win and lose together as one team. Collaboration is not a buzzword here. We share context early, ask for input, and step in to help when someone is stuck.

We hold a high bar, but we stay grounded. We move fast, learn as we go, and stay focused on what matters most for clinicians and patients.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • 100 percent company-paid dental and vision coverage

  • The opportunity to work on AI that is actually used every day

  • A team of thoughtful, driven people who genuinely care

Do Not Meet Every Requirement

Apply anyway.

We are not looking for perfect resumes. We are looking for the right teammate who is excited to contribute to our mission and grow with us.

The base salary range for this role is $135,000–$165,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.

Equal Opportunity

Videa is committed to building an equitable, inclusive, and supportive workplace. Diverse teams build better products and better healthcare. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.

We have raised more than $67 million from world-class investors, including Threshold Ventures, Spark Capital, Zetta Venture, and Pillar VC, as well as leaders such as Frederic Kerrest, co-founder of Okta. Our work has been featured in TechCrunch and The Wall Street Journal.

If you want to join a breakthrough health technology company and accelerate its impact, we encourage you to apply.
