About the RoleWe're a 100-person startup on a fast growth trajectory and we're looking for an experienced IT professional to help us scale to 200 and beyond.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you'll own and evolve our IT infrastructure end-to-end: from the network under our feet to the SaaS tools our teams rely on every day. You'll be a trusted partner to our Engineering and Operations teams and help ensure our systems scale reliably as we grow.

What You'll DoNetwork & Infrastructure
Own and maintain our office Wi-Fi networks, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity across all spaces
Monitor network health, troubleshoot issues proactively, and plan for capacity as headcount grows
Manage VPN, firewall configurations, and network segmentation in collaboration with Security and Engineering teams
Endpoint Management
Manage the full lifecycle of company laptops (Mac and/or PC): procurement, imaging, configuration, deployment, and retirement
Administer our MDM platform (Mosyle) to enforce device policies and maintain compliance
Maintain hardware inventory and ensure equipment is always ready for new hires
A/V & Conference Rooms
Own the setup, maintenance, and reliability of conference rooms and A/V equipment
Help troubleshoot video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) to ensure a smooth hybrid meeting experience
Evaluate and implement improvements to our meeting room technology as we expand
SaaS & Identity Management
Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across our SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and others)
Partner with HR and Operations to build and maintain efficient onboarding and offboarding process
Own identity and directory management through Google Workspace while maintaining least-privilege access
Cross-functional Partnership
Partner with Engineering on infrastructure areas such as networking, security tooling, and developer tooling
Work with Operations to ensure IT readiness for new hires, office changes, and company events
Document systems, processes and runbooks so knowledge is accessible and shared
5+ years of experience in an IT or systems administration role, ideally at a startup or high-growth environment
Hands-on experience with macOS and/or Windows endpoint management and modern MDM platform
Strong understanding of network fundamentals (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
Experience managing SaaS provisioning, particularly with Google Workspace
Familiarity with A/V systems and conference room technology (Zoom Rooms, PA Systems, Microphones, Google Meet hardware, etc.)
A proactive approach to identify and resolving issues
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
Organized and thoughtful about documentation and process
Bonus Points For
Experience with automation and scripting (bash, Python, or similar)
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams
Experience helping scale IT systems during company growth
High ownership and visibility as the company grows
Work alongside a collaborative Engineering and Operations team

The base salary range for this role is $135,000–$165,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.
