This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.  

As an Senior IT Specialist, you will provide a high level of proactive technical support to internal end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.

Here’s What You’ll Do:   

• Respond to and resolve user-reported technical issues via ticketing system, chat, Slack, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Install and configure software, hardware, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
• Conduct basic training sessions for users on IT tools and best practices.
• Assist others in the team to address issues.

What You Bring to the Table:  

• A team player with 7+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide appropriate support to less experienced members of the team
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts.
• Support new hire onboarding and IT orientations 
• Ideally Google Workspace and Slack administration experience
• Experience with software deployment solutions such as JAMSCCM, and Intune
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• A strong “can do” attitude to complement problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Great troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Certificate) are a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $105,000–$120,000 + bonus & equity.
