Overview

The Senior Implementations Project Manager is a member of the Implementations Team, reporting to the Director, Implementations Project Management. The Implementations team is a customer-facing team responsible for implementing and supporting CodaMetrix solutions with the goal of improving the medical coding, registration and billing efficiency at customer sites.

The Senior Implementations Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the high-quality implementation of our autonomous coding solutions at client sites, focusing on eligibility and automation during the go-live phase. The role is critical in fostering trusted business partnerships and developing synergistic relationships both within the company and with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation process for large health system clients, ensuring high standards of quality, eligibility, and automation at go-live.
  • Manage internal and external project communications, maintaining alignment and clarity on progress, decisions, risks, and next actions.
  • Marshal and coordinate engagement from subject matter experts and other resources needed for successful project execution
  • Create and present detailed reports and presentations that reflect the status and health of client accounts during implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the company to understand and explain complex technologies and processes, ensuring successful project implementations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met effectively through data driven solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create a seamless and integrated approach to project management.
  • Develop strategies for process improvement and risk mitigation during implementations.
  • Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.

Requirements  

  • Understanding of healthcare-specific data requirements, regulations, and workflows (e.g., revenue cycle management, AI-driven automation in healthcare) required
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision and predictability
  • Strong process discipline, leveraging frameworks like Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP methodologies to ensure smooth execution
  • Experience defining and tracking key implementation metrics (e.g., time-to-value, adoption rates, customer satisfaction scores, SLAs)
  • Ability to anticipate potential roadblocks based on past implementations and best practices, highlighting and preempting risks to ensure project success
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and delivered outcomes
  • Ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, operations, and customer success)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — keeping executives, technical teams, and frontline users informed and engaged
  • Comfort with ambiguity—ability to navigate evolving requirements and shifting priorities without losing momentum
  • Resilience in managing unexpected challenges, such as regulatory changes, shifting customer needs, or technology limitations
  • Creative problem-solving to remove blockers and accelerate progress
  • Building trust and credibility with customers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Understanding and navigating political dynamics within large organizations (e.g., balancing IT, clinical, and finance interests in healthcare implementations)
  • Effective negotiation skills to align priorities, manage scope creep, and maintain project success
  • Ability to understand and communicate business drivers and outcomes, including the cost implications of delays
  • Ability to drive project momentum in the face of obstacles and keep teams focused on the key project milestones and goals

The estimated hiring range for this role is $85,000 - $155,000 (plus applicable bonus/plus equity). This hiring range could vary by region based upon local market data. Final salary is ultimately decided upon taking into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to: skills and experience, licensure and certifications, education, specific location and dynamic market data.
