The Senior HR Business Partner will support technology leaders by aligning talent strategy, guiding organizational change, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

In this exciting role, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support the CTO and other technology leaders during a period of growth and organizational change. This highly visible role will focus on talent strategy, workforce planning and employee relations, and guiding change execution within a dynamic engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to align workforce planning with business priorities
- Lead organizational design and change initiatives to optimize structure and capabilities
- Guide annual talent processes including performance management, compensation, and succession planning
- Provide coaching to leaders on performance, team dynamics, and leadership effectiveness
- Use data insights to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
- Manage complex employee relations matters and advise leaders on sensitive scenarios
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Candidate Profile
- Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience
- Experience in SaaS, high growth, or PE backed organizations with significant transformation is strongly preferred, and M&A experience is a plus
- Expertise in organizational development, employee relations, change management, and the ability to operate independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications preferred
