What You'll Be DoingWe’re looking for a strategic and consultative Senior HR Business Partner to support our Revenue organization. In this role, you’ll partner across C-suite leaders, people managers, and individual contributors to drive organizational success through people-focused strategies. You’ll embed deeply with the business to understand evolving needs and influence at all levels to align talent to company performance.
Responsibilities- Serve as the HRBP for the Revenue organization, advising Go-to-Market, Technical Solutions leadership and cross-functional partners to drive HR strategy in alignment with business priorities
- Build trusted relationships across the organization from the C-suite to ICs grounded in discretion and impact
- Understand Alloy’s product and business, know how each team contributes to Alloy’s strategic vision, and work with leaders to align talent to key priorities.
- Guide leaders through key people processes, including performance reviews, talent calibrations, compensation planning, engagement action planning, and succession efforts
- Provide coaching and thought partnership to people managers to help them grow as effective leaders
- Use data and insights (e.g., attrition trends, engagement results, performance distribution, and business metrics) to influence strategic decisions and drive change
- Partner with the broader People team to continuously improve processes that touch the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit
- Support change management efforts during org growth, re-alignment, or leadership transitions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, consulting with legal counsel as needed and/or required
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP experience
- Proven ability to operate as a consultative, strategic partner to senior leaders while staying connected to the employee experience
- Enjoys aligning the business with people initiatives, and can manage project work with day-to-day responsibilities
- Keen understanding of how Go-to-Market verticals work - well-versed in incentive compensation structures and the general sales motion
- Experience working in or scaling organizations during periods of growth, change, and increasing complexity
- Skilled in performance management design, coaching, and manager development
- Deep sense of confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness
- Confident working across matrixed teams and within a COE HR model

The following range is based on the scoped level within the organization and only for highly targeted geographies: $155,000-$170,000
