The opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who will lead transformative people initiatives that fuel growth, strengthen culture, and elevate organizational performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with critical business objectives 

  • Lead forward-thinking conversations on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design to drive business performance.  

  • Navigate and resolve complex employee relations matters, proactively mitigating risk while fostering a fair and inclusive environment. 

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver innovative, enterprise-wide HR solutions that scale.  

  • Coach executives and managers to elevate leadership effectiveness, team performance, and change agility.  

  • Harness people analytics and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve organizational health.  

What you’ll bring: 

  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong blend of business acumen and executive stakeholder management.  

  • Deep expertise in employment law, change management, and talent strategy.  

  • A demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and partner at the executive level.  

You’ll stand out if you have: 

  • Experience supporting high-growth or transforming organizations, using data and storytelling to influence decisions and drive measurable outcomes 

  • Extensive employee relations experience

$115,000 - $130,000

Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
