Job Purpose
The Senior Human Resources Partner works closely with Business Unit leadership, HRBP Leadership, and all other HR functions to provide comprehensive human resources support and direction. This role involves building strong internal relationships, collaborating, and influencing decisions across their assigned group to drive results in a transformative environment. This position collaborates across the Human Resources function to drive ACI people programs and initiatives. The Senior HR Partner will be the primary partner for at least one key department within the business unit, partnering with department leaders to develop and execute talent strategy, including workforce planning, recruiting strategy, talent evaluation, leadership development, and organizational design. The role provides expertise in employee relations, HR policies and procedures, compensation, employee experience strategies, and change management expertise to drive our new values. The Senior HR Partner supports programs and initiatives from HR Centers of Excellence by championing change within the business unit and ensuring the adoption of new practices. This role provides ongoing feedback to the HR COEs for process improvements and provides analytical, administrative, and front-line support to HRBP Leadership.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develop and/or drive the People Strategy for the assigned organization to enable the client’s business priorities.
Drive organizational change activities including ACI new values.
Support talent management and organization design activities within assigned client group.
Coach leadership team members to successfully manage cyclical people management processes (talent management, performance management, compensation planning, etc.).
Partner with COEs on strategies and solutions to support and enable talent strategy.
Partner with talent acquisition in support of the organization’s workforce plan.
Analyze business unit and organizational data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention/engagement, and the employee experience.
Resolve complex employee relations issues while mitigating risk to the company.
Play a visible role in Talent Strategy activities, including Talent Forum preparation.
Provide high-level support for all compensation activities including annual merit process, promotion process, job pricing and compensation evaluation, incentive plan support, and issue resolution.
Provide front-line support to business unit leaders for employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, exit interviews, legal proceedings, and overall employee relations information gathering and future strategy.
Support the Employee Experience action planning of the Business Unit through supporting leaders consulting and advisory.
Interpret and communicate ACI Policies and Procedures to assist business unit leaders with adhering to company expectations.
Provide analytical, administrative, and front-line support to HRBP Leader in all areas of the function.
Participate in projects across the HR function and/or the business unit.
Identify business unit needs and creatively work with HR COEs to determine solutions.
Act as an extension of the HR COEs for communication, adoption, and execution of COE processes or initiatives.
Act as an advocate for business unit employees in support of cultivating an environment of high-level employee experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Understand and adhere to all corporate policies, including but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor's degree required in business, HR, or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of management or leadership experience in human resources.
A solid track record of achievement as a strategic HR partner and advisor to senior executives.
Ability to analyze workforce trends and identify initiatives to drive organizational performance.
Ability to translate business needs into human resources priorities and ensure alignment.
Experience handling complex employee relations and legal matters.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Ability to think strategically and turn ideas into action.
Proven success operating in a dynamic and fast-paced, complex, high-profile environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)
Executive coaching.
Human capital planning, metrics, and analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS systems.
Technology, Software, and/or Payments Industry experience.
Professional Certification (SPHR/PHR/SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP).
Global Experience.

Some travel required, may be domestic or international
