This is a role for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing across levels and cultures, and translating business priorities into clear, actionable people plans.

Key responsibilities
  • Build strong, credible relationships with leaders and managers across Southeast Asia, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters
  • Partner with the business to deliver core people processes (performance management, talent, engagement, workforce planning) with a focus on consistency and impact across markets
  • Provide timely, pragmatic advice on employee relations matters, ensuring outcomes are fair, compliant, and aligned with local regulations and business needs
  • Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and accountability
  • Support organisational change initiatives across the region, working with HRBPs to design and implement structures that enable business performance and future growth
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (Reward, Talent, Mobility, etc.) to deliver integrated people solutions tailored to country-specific requirements
  • Partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple markets
  • Analyse people data (e.g. headcount, attrition, engagement) across the region to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and drive targeted actions
  • Contribute to and support cross-functional regional projects that advance Dyson’s people agenda and culture

About you
  • Solid experience in a HR generalist or advisory role, ideally within a regional or global environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and seniority levels
  • Experience managing employee relations matters across different jurisdictions is preferred
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing competing priorities across markets
  • Strong analytical capability, able to interpret data and translate insights into actions
  • Clear, confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Passion for developing people and enhancing team performance
  • Degree-qualified or equivalent experience
