Responsible for the business/revenue targets of assigned product portfolio by:
- Making professional & skillful in chamber presentations/detailing to targeted doctors of the assigned territory for business generation.
- Plan & conduct customer engagement activities.
- Ensuring adequate knowledge of the products and their competition to establish & communicate the benefit of products to customers/users.
- Updating doctors/chemists contact records list as & when needed with the consent of Category Lead and maintains all call records accordingly through Veeva system.
- Preparing weekly and monthly call plans and properly follow it to improve customer coverage as per defined KPIs.
- Responsible for gathering market insights in assigned geographical areas and provide feedback to HRM/Country Brand Manager/ CFC Lead for marketing strategies.
- Ready to travel frequently as per business need.
- Willingness to relocate as per business need.
Academic Qualification:
• Minimum Science Graduate & Pharm D will be Preferred
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
- Experience of Oncology will be preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic Knowledge of Pharmacology, Pathology & Physiology.
- Powerful Presentation Skills.
- Computer skills including MS office.
- Analytical Approach.
